Razer Edge 15
accompanies fresh-out-of-the-box new twelfth-age Intel processors and an Nvidia
GeForce RTX 3070 Ti/3080 Ti. This promises a very smooth display when combined
with a panel that refreshes at 360 Hz at breakneck speed.
Since it's not a good
idea to change something that's already good, Razer's Blade gaming laptops
rarely change. The design has been modified in small ways, but nothing has
changed too much.
For 2022, the 15.6-inch
Blade 15 has laser-cut speaker grills and slightly bigger keycaps. Overall,
though, the look and feel are pretty. Again, why change something that
works?

Basically, all the
things we liked about previous Razer Blade models are still there: a slim,
sturdy design, a lot of ports, and a comfortable Razer Chroma RGB keyboard.
Additionally, the Blade 15 now features cutting-edge Intel and Nvidia
technology as well as new gaming panel options of higher quality. However, the
Razer Blade 15, like its predecessors, is expensive and can get hot while
gaming.

Performance
The Razer Blade 15
(2022) is a high-performance gaming laptop with features and specs that gamers
and power users will love. Here are the specifics of what it is:
Razer Blade 15 | Display
The laptop has a
15.6-inch, 1,920x1,080, 360Hz matte screen that makes gaming smooth and
realistic.
Razer Blade 15 | CPU
It has a 2.4GHz Intel
Core i7-12800H processor, which can handle demanding tasks quickly and
smoothly.
Razer Blade 15 | Memory
The PC has 16GB DDR5
4,800MHz memory, which makes it simple to switch between assignments and quick.
Razer Blade 15 | Graphics
The laptop has 8GB of
Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 Ti graphics, which make for great graphics and smooth
gameplay when playing games. The laptop has a 1TB SSD, which is plenty of space
for games, media, and other files.
Networking
The Razer Blade 15
(2022) has Killer Wireless Wi-Fi 6E (802.11ax) and Bluetooth 5.2, which let
users stay connected while they're on the go. The laptop's operating system is
Microsoft Windows 11 Home, which has a modern and easy-to-use interface.
How Many Ports Are Available in Razer Blade
15?
It has Thunderclap 4
USB-C, USB-C 3.2 Gen 2, USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 (x3), HDMI 2.1 out, an SD card per user
(UHS-II), a 3.5mm combo jack, and USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 (x3) ports. The hardware is
good, and the performance is good.
The Blade 15 didn't do
anything unexpected in terms of how it worked. It's excellent. The results of
our benchmark tests are included in the review, but they can reach frame rates
that are too high to play demanding games at high settings. As expected, the
Blade 15 gets pretty hot when I play games on it. I felt it in the places where
my hands rest. It was alright. However, you could tell.
Battery Life
Suppose you have a
360Hz display good enough for esports. After playing Counter-Strike: Global
Offensive for a few hours and switching between 60Hz and 360Hz, I could tell
the difference in accuracy and how quickly I could react.

The Razer Synapse
software also has a MUX switch. This lets you choose between Nvidia's Optimus technology, which automatically switches between the
integrated GPU and the discrete GPU to balance performance and battery life,
and the discrete graphics, which improve performance and reduce latency.
We were happy with the
battery life of the 360Hz display, which reached 5 hours and 5 minutes when we
streamed videos. But Razer makes it easy to return to 60Hz when you're not
playing games. With this and the MUX switch, you can get more out of your
battery.
Also, when you're not
gaming on the go, you can charge the Blade 15 with a 20-volt USB-C power
adapter through its Thunderbolt 4 port, so you don't have to carry around its
larger power supply. All Blade models now come with a two-year limited warranty
on the batteries.
Conclusion:
I wouldn't change much
about the Razer Blade 15. It would be great if an AMD version came out at some
point. If Razer switched to a 16-inch screen with a 16:10 aspect ratio or if
the keycaps on the Blade weren't perfectly flat and nearly flush with the body,
it wouldn't bother me. And it would be great if Razer made it as easy to
connect wirelessly to its laptops as Samsung has made it with its Galaxy
devices and Galaxy Book laptops. As it is, the Blade 15 gives you a good enough
experience to justify the higher price. It's up to you whether the experience
or the value of your money is more important to you.
